Unresolved objectors from the public review and the consensus ballot must be notified of their right to appeal to the ANSI-Accredited Standards Developer (ASD). If the appeal cannot be resolved at the ASD level, an appeal can subsequently be filed with the ANSI Board of Standards Review (BSR).
Send written notification to any unresolved objectors from both the public review and the consensus ballot of their right to file an appeal.
