ANSI invites all members to recommend qualified candidates for membership on the three ANSI Policy Advisory Groups (PAGs) – the National Policy Advisory Group (NPAG), the International Policy Advisory Group (IPAG), and the Intellectual Property Rights Policy Advisory Group (IPRPAG) – and the Committee on Education (CoE). The nominations process can be completed online by filling out and submitting the Nomination Information & Reply Form for the 2025 ANSI Policy Advisory Groups and the Committee on Education found in ANSI's secure Member Document Library through July 19, 2024.
The PAGs identify trends and issues within the expertise of each group, and, where appropriate, provide recommendations to the Executive Committee on relevant actions. PAGs are advisory in nature and their members are not fiduciaries to ANSI, but they are important in developing policy positions in each of their respective focus areas. The CoE is responsible for all Institute initiatives related to standards and conformity assessment education and outreach, as well as fulfilling the objectives of the United States Standards Strategy.
Please review and fill out the Nomination Information & Reply Form for the 2025 ANSI Policy Advisory Groups and the Committee on Education through July 19, 2024. For additional guidance on applying to the PAGs and the CoE, please also review the ANSI Code of Conduct.
