BOARD OF DIRECTORS NOMINATIONS OVERVIEW
ANSI invites all members to recommend qualified candidates for the ANSI Board of Directors for three-year terms beginning January 1, 2025, and concluding December 31, 2027. The nominations process can be completed online by filling out and submitting the Nomination Information & Reply Form for the 2025 ANSI Board of Directors found in ANSI's secure Member Document Library through July 19, 2024.
The Board is responsible for the management and control of the activities, property, and affairs of ANSI, including the strategic direction of the Institute, the annual budget, and the scope of responsibilities of the Board Committees, the Committees of ANSI, the Membership Forums, and the Policy Advisory Groups. Candidates should be able to attend meetings, participate actively, and make an effective contribution to the work of the Board.
ONLINE NOMINATION GUIDELINES
Please review and fill out the Nomination Information & Reply Form for the 2025 ANSI Board of Directors through July 19, 2024. For additional guidance on applying to the Board, please also review, in the this letter issued by ANSI’s President and CEO, Joe Bhatia, which provides an overview of the nomination process and emphasizes the importance of your participation, the Guidelines for the Selection of Candidates, and the ANSI Code of Conduct.
Nominations require a biographical statement and a letter of corporate support (note: a letter of corporate support is not required for corporate officers or for individual and government members). The ANSI Nominating Committee will review candidates, and nominations by that Committee will subsequently be balloted for election by the ANSI membership.
