IFMA to Host Virtual Event on Neurodiversity and Workplace Inclusion

4/05/2023

The International Facility Management Association (IFMA) will host a webinar to explore creating spaces that are more physically and culturally inclusive to accommodate people with a wide spectrum of abilities, to allow them to thrive.

IFMA notes: “We are living in a time of increased numbers of individuals with neuro-sensitives and special needs, such as ADHD. These individuals can be high energy, out-of-the-box thinkers who excel in a crisis. Not only is designing to be inclusive the right thing to do, there is a compelling business case for it as well.”

Presenter Kay Sargent will share insights on neurodiversity and workplace inclusion, based on her expertise as a recognized expert on workplace design and strategy issues. Sargent is an award-winning designer, and global co-director of HOK’s WorkPlace team.

Access the IFMA webinar, to be held on April 25 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET.
