Mark your calendars for June 11, ANSI members. Register today for the first of two sessions comprising ANSI’s Biannual Business Meeting.
At the June 11 meeting, Christian Dubay, chair of the ANSI Board of Directors, will present ANSI’s financial and membership status, including highlights of the audited financial report, an overview of assets and liabilities, and a summary of revenue and expenses. Dr. Laurie E. Locascio, ANSI’s president and CEO, will offer brief remarks and lead a Q&A session. This meeting satisfies the New York State requirement for the meeting of members under New York State Not-for-Profit Corporation Law Section 603.
The second Biannual Business Meeting of 2025 will take place during World Standards Week, to be held on October 21-23, for the election of a new slate of Directors-at-Large for terms beginning in 2026.
