The International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) has published an article offering key trends to watch this year that center on healthy buildings.
Trends include making equity actionable, ensuring that the playing field is leveled and that everyone feels welcome, seen, and heard; environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives continuing to drive change as companies take steps to invest in their people and implement people-first health strategies; and investing in workplaces to attract people back to the office.
