The Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) is offering all interested stakeholders a free online course introducing arboriculture safety.
The course is designed for people who are curious about a career in arboriculture. Topics covered include the importance of tree care, industry resources, tree care careers, safety in arboriculture, ANSI Z133, Standard for Arboricultural Operations - Safety Requirements, personal protective equipment, and more. Those who complete the course will be issued a certificate that can be shared with future and current employers.
