The Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) has launched a blog promoting information and resources on diversity and inclusion.
The blog offers a space for industry members to hear from a diverse group of contributors and learn more about creative solutions that foster collaboration, reduce unconscious biases, and provide equal access to opportunities and resources. PCI’s Industry Diversity Committee welcomes stakeholders to share their diversity strategy and actively participate in the initiative.
