ASSP Reminds Employers to Submit 2020 Injury and Illness Data to OSHA

The American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) reminds all stakeholders that OSHA is now collecting 2020 injury and illness data from select employers.

The following are required to submit their 2020 Form 300A data electronically by March 2, 2021:

  • Establishments with 250 or more employees that are required to maintain OSHA Injury and Illness records
  • Establishments with 20 to 249 employees in specific industries with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses
