The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) is seeking U.S.-based fire departments to participate in the second phase of its Community Risk Assessment (CRA) dashboard project.
The project centers on the CRA digital dashboard, which provides maps, graphs, and tools that help its users recognize the people, places, and conditions that impact safety and risk. This information supports leaders in developing data-informed Community Risk Reduction (CRR) plans, communicating findings with stakeholders, and driving effective and impactful prevention programs.
Participating fire departments will receive free access to a personalized CRA digital dashboard for three months, as well as professional networking and development opportunities related to CRR. In exchange, they will be asked to provide feedback about the dashboard.
The application period for participants closes on December 16. See NFPA’s news item to learn more.
