CSA Group has published a report on information and communication technology infrastructure (ICTi) in buildings.
The report compares the current state of ICTi to stakeholder expectations, identifying gaps. Building owners, managers, and occupants seek consistency and predictability from ICTi, as well as service quality levels that can be identifiable and enforced. The CSA report recommends 12 actions that can be pursued to close these gaps, grouped into three categories: standards documents, capacity and awareness, and research.
