UL Solutions has named Patrick Mazzariol as executive vice president and chief commercial officer.
Prior to joining UL Solutions, Mazzariol was chief commercial officer and vice president, digital customer experience, for Dover Corporation. He has also held senior-level sales and marketing roles with B2B and B2C companies including 3M, Ingersoll Rand, Siemens, and Whirlpool.
“Patrick’s demonstrated successes leading large, global organizations through significant commercial transformations that resulted in growth and productivity make him uniquely qualified and the ideal leader to step into this role,” said Jennifer Scanlon, president and CEO, UL Solutions Inc. “I am confident that Patrick’s depth of experience in sales operations and marketing will help us further enhance our customers’ overall experience.”
The Compressed Gas Association (CGA) has appointed Paul Pflieger as director of marketing and communications. In this role, he will amplify the work of CGA as a leading authority for safety information about the industrial, medical, and food gases industries.
Previously, Pflieger was with the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Association, where he served as director of communications, leading all communications and marketing efforts.
“We are thrilled Paul has joined us at CGA,” said CGA president and CEO Rich Gottwald. “His background with the ESOP Association and his experience with public relations will make him a strong addition to the already amazing team here at CGA.”
