U.S. International Trade Administration of the U.S. DOC Partners with Infosecurity Europe for Cybersecurity Event

2/24/2022

To further U.S. cyber tech business development in the UK and Europe, the U.S. International Trade Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce is an official partner of Infosecurity Europe – a cybersecurity trade show to be held on June 21-23 in London.

As part of the Trade Event Partnership Program, U.S. exhibiting companies have free access to one-on-one virtual meetings with International Trade Advisors for cybersecurity based at a number of U.S. Embassies throughout Europe for export counseling and market-specific intelligence.

Organizations interested in the opportunity of exhibiting at Infosecurity Europe may contact Thomas Eglin, International Trade Assistant, Embassy of the United States of America, at [email protected].

The 2022 Infosecurity Europe theme, “Stronger Together,” will build on the 2021 theme of resilience and focus on the need for cybersecurity professionals to drastically increase cooperation and collaboration to keep society safe and secure. The program sessions will include:

  • Tackling the risk of insider threats and sophisticated malware attacks
  • Securing critical industrial control environments
  • Building a strong security-awareness culture
  • Crisis leadership and threat intelligence excellence
  • Mitigating the risks of a remote workforce
  • Enhancing the incident response strategy to minimize reputational risks
  • Diversity and inclusion in the information and cybersecurity workforce

Additional information about the event is available at the Infosecurity Europe website.
