The Building Performance Institute (BPI) LEARN program will present an educational game-show style webinar on real-world examples of poor workmanship and installation failures that undermine energy efficiency goals.

The webinar will offer both educational value and engagement by examining how to avoid oversights in a customer's home. Attendees will discuss the natural long-term consequences of installing measures with poor workmanship and how this diminishes energy efficiency goals; and engage with a variety of weatherization professionals to better determine the right way to install certain measures while discovering resources available to provide support to field staff.
