The Compressed Gas Association (CGA) has announced several initiatives designed to support the safe and responsible development of hydrogen technology.

Among its latest efforts, CGA has:

• Forged partnerships with a wide range of leading hydrogen research and industry groups to advance safety practices
• Rolled out a new digital resource that provides vital hydrogen safety standards and guidance
• Committed to global advocacy, with the association serving as the industry voice to advocate for the safe use of hydrogen
• Brought its safety messaging and standards directly to the people building the hydrogen economy in the U.S., particularly through collaboration with the federal Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED)
• Expanded engagement with hydrogen hubs, offering training and educational support

“As hydrogen continues to play an increasingly vital role in the global transition to cleaner energy, CGA remains committed to providing the guidance and resources needed to ensure its safe and responsible use.
