The Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE) will host a virtual event on generative AI to examine legal and regulatory questions that have arisen around AI technology.
The event will provide a sober and in-depth view of the legal framework for generative AI from some of the top practitioners and experts.
Yves Bergquist, director of the “AI & Neuroscience in Media” project, Entertainment Technology Center (ETC), will lead discussions with Angela Dunning, partner at Cooley, and Nikki Pope, head of legal at NVIDIA, who will provide legal expert insights.
