The Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, along with the Applied Ergonomics Society, is hosting a webinar this month on common anthropometric challenges faced by both academics and researchers, and industry and practitioners.

“Strategies and Challenges in Applying Anthropometric Data in Design” will address issues including:

• Using biomechanical measurements, their modeling, and their application to real-world scenarios
• Using anthropometry as the driver of equipment, products, workstations, and work process design
• Implications when anthropometrics is not considered in design, and how to compensate after the fact

Webinar attendees will also have the opportunity to raise related topics, experiences, and concerns.
