The Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) is offering access to free half- and full-day virtual workshops through the Susan Harwood Grant program funded by OSHA.
The workshops, which further employee training and education on TCIA’s Electrical Hazards Awareness Program (EHAP), are available at no cost to professionals who work for a company with fewer than 250 employees. Full- and part-time commercial tree care company employees and owners are eligible, as are unemployed workers who want to work in the industry. The next two workshops will be held on Saturday, May 7, and Wednesday, May 25, from 9am-3pm ET on both days. More workshops will be held this summer.
