The HR Certification Institute (HRCI) will host a webinar on how human resources professionals can support employee health and business resilience in the workplace in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects.
“From Emergency Response to Prepared Response: How HR Professionals can Foster Employee Resilience & Adaptability in the New Normal” will guide listeners with key strategies on communicating information on COVID-19 and other health issues. They will also hear about how to best accommodate, retain, and attract employees, and how the Health Action Alliance (HAA) can support them in their HR work.
