The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) will host a free webinar on Wednesday, March 10, on ways that contractors can meet customers’ high expectations for convenience and communication.
“The Amazon Effect: Providing the Radical Convenience that Today’s Service Customers Expect” will delve into the impact that Amazon has had on customers’ expectations and standards. Both commercial service managers and homeowners are demanding more out of consumer experiences in light of online shopping. They seek service providers who use good technology for easier booking, transparent pricing, and more. Contractors can implement these technologies to improve their bottom line. The webinar will discuss technologies and strategies that can lead to higher customer retention, higher revenue, and more profits.
