Collaboration between private and public stakeholders in standardization is critical to the success of the U.S. system, particularly in the current standards landscape. As part of ongoing efforts to bolster this collaboration, the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) is bringing together its Organizational Member Forum (OMF) and Government Member Forum (GMF) for a joint meeting on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Both in-person and virtual participation is available, with in-person participants meeting at AAMI headquarters in Arlington, VA. Registration is now open. An agenda and further details will be posted soon.
Planned topics of discussion will address workforce development, including building a skilled, standards-literate workforce, credentialing, and how the government can support workforce development efforts, as well as the U.S. Government National Standards Strategy for Critical and Emerging Technology (USG NSSCET).
Visit the joint OMF/GMF meeting page to register.
