Beginning May 1, 2022, meetings and conferences hosted by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB), and Workcred will provide a video or audio “dial in” option. This means that our meetings and conferences will be held either in a fully virtual format or in a hybrid format (part virtual and part in-person), depending upon the size, venue, and nature of the meeting or conference. We will communicate appropriate details about the format to attendees in advance of the meeting or conference.
This measure has been taken in consultation with ANSI’s governance leadership. ANSI, Workcred, and ANAB leadership continue to monitor developments relating to COVID-19 closely. Decisions are informed by federal, state, and local guidelines, as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) recommendations regarding business gatherings.
