The International WELL Building Institute, ASHRAE, the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA), IFMA, and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), along with several other trade and nonprofit organizations, have joined the steering committee for the Healthy Workplaces Coalition.

The recently launched initiative seeks to further policy proposals that support health, safety, and well-being across the built environment, advancing federal incentives and other policies that help businesses better afford and implement relevant improvements in offices and other work environments. They strive to raise awareness around the fact that workplace health and safety is critical to doing business, not only during but also beyond the pandemic.
