UL will host a webinar in March addressing rules and implications of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)’s Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).

The EPA regulates a list of chemicals through the TSCA, and recent regulatory updates have extended the TSCA’s impact to brand owners, wholesalers, and retailers. The UL webinar will help attendees determine potential consequences of TSCA rules for their organizations. Participants will also learn about helpful resources and tools to stay informed of evolving regulatory requirements. A Q&A session will follow the presentation.
