The Water Quality Association (WQA) has announced that its Code of Ethics is now available in Spanish for all interested industry and consumer stakeholders.
WQA’s Code of Ethics sets standards of conduct for water treatment industry members, guiding their dealings with one another, customers, members of related industries, and government officials and regulators, as well as interactions with the public. The English version was revised in January 2020 to include further information on the use of marketing terms to avoid consumer confusion.
