The National Contract Management Association (NCMA) is hosting a free webinar on mentorship for women working in the contracting community.
“Women in Contracting: Women lifting women up personally and professionally” will be a panel discussion centered on how women can serve as positive role models and mentors for each other, and how important this is in a male-dominated profession. Listeners will learn how to help the next generation of leaders grow, learn, and become leaders themselves.
