ACC Offers COVID-19 Poster and Compilation of Industry Specific Resources
The American Chemistry Council (ACC) is highlighting activities underway by the chemical industry as part of its effort to provide resources to fight the impacts of the coronavirus. On its COVID-19 resource page, ACC offers a list of consolidated, industry-specific resources to help navigate through the pandemic, with a list of essential critical infrastructure workers, a COVID-19 State Responses and Reopening Cheatsheet, and a poster to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, among other links.

Boeing Launches Confident Travel Initiative, Aids COVID Response with Dreamlifter
The Boeing Company is reporting how it aims to protect its employees and communities with COVID-19 news, including coverage on the company's Confident Travel Initiative, effective May 14, 2020. The initiative will develop new solutions to help minimize health risks during air travel amid the pandemic, and drive awareness of health safeguards already in place.
"As air travel slowly begins to resume and restrictions ease around the globe, health and safety remains our top priority for our teams who design, build and service the airplanes and all those who fly on them," said Boeing president and CEO David Calhoun.

NEMA Publishes COVID-19 Guide for Disinfecting Electrical Equipment
The National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) has published guidance to answer common questions for how to maintain cleanliness while preserving the functionality and integrity of electrical equipment. The guide, NEMA GD 4-2020, COVID-19 Cleaning and Disinfecting Guidance for Electrical Equipment, is available as an electronic download at no cost on the NEMA website.
"As government social distancing restrictions are lifted, and workplaces of all types reopen, the focus will be on how to protect workers and keep facilities clean and disinfected," said Kevin J. Cosgriff, president and CEO of NEMA. "This may include cleaning and disinfecting electrical equipment. The first consideration is worker safety, so following documented safety procedures is essential."

NSF International to Host Webinar on Using QMS Tools to Navigate Extraordinary Events
