About the U.S.- EU Trade and Technology Council (TTC)
President Biden, European Commission President von der Leyen, and European Council President Michel established the TTC at the 2021 U.S.-EU Summit, which affirmed both the United States’ and the EU’s commitment to renew and reinvigorate the transatlantic partnership and deepen U.S.-EU cooperation.
The TTD supports the TTC with stakeholder activities and analysis. Over a three-year period, from May 2022 until May 2025, the TTD will bring together experts and stakeholders on both sides of the Atlantic with events and research outputs to facilitate inclusive, efficient, and effective discussions and joint initiatives in support of the TTC and its 10 working groups. TTD activities are published on EC’s Futurium website, which features information on all TTC Working Groups.
